Due to the curated and personalized nature of each style bundle, Chic Vintiques does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Customers are strongly encouraged to be as detailed and specific as possible when completing their order forms—especially if they have particular preferences or sensitivities regarding fit, fabric, or style. We do our best to honor your requests, but please note that style is subjective, and vintage sizing and condition may vary.

We believe every piece can still have a beautiful second life. If you're not completely satisfied with your bundle, we encourage you to resell, re-donate, re-gift, upcycle, or re-home your items in a way that brings joy to someone else.

By purchasing from Chic Vintiques, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and understand that initiating a chargeback or refund request through your payment provider is a violation of our terms.

What is your shipping time frame?

The turnaround time for your mystery style bundle may vary depending on when your order is placed. Most orders ship within 2–4 weeks, though custom requests may require additional time. Each order is hand-curated with care and intention, never rushed—unless specifically requested.

Are there any additional costs?

All prices listed include shipping within the U.S. If any additional fees arise—such as expedited shipping or international delivery—you will be notified by email prior to shipment.
